The sorcerer, the flirt, the legend is Gojo Satoru. In Jujutsu Kaisen, he is one of the main characters. He is a jujutsu sorcerer of special grade and a teacher at Tokyo Jujutsu High. Gojo was written with the intention of breaking all popularity records, both within and outside of the Jujutsu Kaisen Universe.
Satoru Gojo is a tall man who is thought to be quite beautiful by many. He normally wears a blindfold over his brilliant blue eyes. You’d think a 28-year-old man wearing what amounts to a school uniform would grow tired of it, yet Gojo manages to make it work. His demeanor can only be defined as eccentrically lovely, with a hint of menace hiding beneath the frivolity.
He is a terrifying man due to his commanding attacking styles and overpowering techniques, as well as his cold-bloodedness and unpredictability during conflicts. His talents are feared by everyone in the Jujutsu Kaisen realm.
If there is anything more mysterious than Gojo’s demeanor, it is his abilities. Let’s dissect the strongest sorcerer in the Jujutsu Kaisen universe’s natural jujutsu techniques.
Limitless is an intrinsic technique derived from the Gojo family at its most fundamental level. This technique grants users near-absolute control over space by manipulating cursed energy at the atomic level, resulting with a myriad of other results and techniques within the broader ability. Limitless includes three standard and one “non-standard” form in addition to manipulating space.
The neutral form of the Limitless, the Infinity, is frequently referred to as the ability to halt. This is a common fallacy, because Infinity’s primary power is to slow things down.
When something tries to hit Satoru, it collides with the infinite that exists between him and them. According to Satoru, this is the convergence of an infinite series. The opponent will never touch Satoru due to the infinite number of fractions that separate them, just as the real number one will never touch the real number two due to the infinite number of fractions that separate them.
Based on bulk, speed, and hazard ratings, Satoru may determine what touches him and what doesn’t. Of put it another way, Gojo has complete control over what can and cannot touch him due to math.
Cursed Technique Lapse: Blue
Gojo multiplying the Limitless and negative energy, resulting in a vacuum, produces blue as a byproduct. Gojo conjures up a scenario in which the world is forced to right itself and fill in the negative space, pulling all matter inside the required space together.
Consider how, if a random vacuum is formed in front of you, air will rush in from all directions to fill the void. Replace the air with actual physical space, as well as the people and things that occupy it.
Cursed Technique is a modified, more intensive version of this technique. Lapse Blue is the highest level of cursed energy output. Satoru has the capacity to produce a black hole-like center of gravity in a given location, capable of attracting and crushing all matter with ease. He can also alter the center of gravity at will, considerably enhancing the devastating power of the point of gravity.
Cursed Technique Reversal: Red
Because Red is an inversion of Blue, it has the opposite effect. By employing his reversal technique to invert the qualities of Blue, Gojo ignites the divergence of his infinity and generates an immensely powerful repulsive force, repelling all matter in its proximity.
Because it is driven by positive cursed energy and produced as a reverse curse method, the ability possesses double the destructive power of Blue. Consider this one as two magnet poles repelling each other, with people and/or objects substituting the other magnet.
Hollow Technique: Purple
A non-standard Limitless technique that is more potent and devastating than the two normal forms that only a few people, even inside the Gojo Family, are aware of.
Satoru snaps his fingers together, merging the powers of “Blue” (attraction) and “Red” (repulsion), resulting in a long-ranged singularity that combines both effects, instantaneously deleting and destroying all matter in its path.
This one is like a lawn hose that has been turned loose, killing everything in its path. Gojo used his Hollow technique for the first time on screen against Hanami in the 20th episode of Jujutsu Kaisen season 1, titled ‘Nonstandard.’
As of now, we don’t know much about Six Eyes. We know they play a part in how the Limitless is applied precisely. Six Eyes is an Innate Technique passed down through the Gojo family, similar to Limitless.
According to Yuta, Satoru may use the Six Eyes to lower his cursed energy intake from technique activation to nearly nothing. As a result, in a combat, he will never run out of cursed energy. It’s unclear whether this refers to the expense of the techniques themselves or the elimination of waste in the name of efficiency.
The phrase “Maximum Cursed Energy Output” suggests he means the latter. Six Eyes supposedly allows Gojo to sense the environment in terms of mass, speed, and energy.
Domain Expansion: Unlimited Void
Unlimited Emptiness’s domain is a literal void of space that appears to transport the target to the very center of the universe. Victims are continually inundated with sensations and information in this metaphysical environment, which limits their mental processes and behaviors.
In other words, kids are exposed to all possible sensory input, including vision, hearing, and touch. This challenges them to simultaneously see and feel everything while also seeing and feeling nothing. This phenomena paralyzes the target by providing them with unlimited knowledge of literally everything, causing them to slowly die.
Gojo’s command of his Domain is so exact that he can only activate it for 0.2 seconds (if you know what I’m talking about), limiting the duration of its influence on anyone trapped within it. Those who come into direct contact with him are immune to the consequences.
That was the end of Gojo’s natural abilities, which he received from the Satoru family. If it was too confusing, you can just put it up to Gojo being able to do whatever he wants because Physics says so.
To explain the nature of powers and techniques in the manga and program, Jujutsu Kaisen enlisted scientists from Riken Scientific Institute and the Institute of Statistical Mathematics. In Jump GIGA’s Summer 2021 edition, the RIKEN Deep Learning theory team cooperated with Jujutsu Kaisen to write an essay about Satoru Gojo’s cursed techniques.
