OreGairu Season 4 has yet to be formally announced, therefore there is no set release date for the fourth season of this anime. However, the question remains whether or not OreGairu Season 4 will be published, and if so, when.
Here’s all we know so far about whether or not a new season of OreGairu will be released and when it will be released.
OreGairu, also known as Yahari Ore no Seishun Rabukome wa Machigatteiru in Japanese, is an anime series based on a popular light novel of the same name published in 2011. Wataru Watari wrote and Ponkan8 drew the My Youth Romantic Comedy Is Wrong, As I Expected light novel series.
OreGairu is a popular romantic comedy anime series with slice-of-life aspects that is enjoyed by fans all over the world. It follows Hachiman Hikigaya, an egotistical and semi-nihilistic high school student. He is certain that happy youth is a hoax, and that anyone who claims differently is only lying to themselves.
OreGairu is a three-season anime television series with two OVAs directed by Ai Yoshimura and Kei Oikawa and animated by Studios Brain’s Base and Feel. There’s no indication yet on whether the studio or the filmmaker will return for OreGairu Season 4.
In April 2013, the first 13-episode OreGairu television anime series aired in Japan. Since then, the series has garnered a large fan base that is still waiting for OreGairu Season 4 Episode 1 or any form of continuation.
Will there be a fourth season of OreGairu?
Season 4 of OreGairu is almost probably not going to materialize. The main reason for this is that the third season is referred to as the “climax.” It adapted all of the story’s volumes till the very finish. That means OreGairu Season 4 won’t be able to use anything. This series has already been fully adapted, and the only remaining material is a set of supplementary light novels that came along with the Blu-Rays.
The anime adaptation OreGairu was a great hit. Each season of OreGairu sold an average of 11,000 Blu-ray disks per season, which is impressive. The light novels were very successful, with each volume selling more than 150,000 copies. This series has also spawned a plethora of products, including over 70 figures.
As a result, the additional light novels have already been turned into OVAs, with the final one set to be released in 2022. It will be accompanied by a new game in the series. After that, I doubt we’ll get anything else for this series. Unless the author decides to carry on with the series in some way.
Release Date for OreGairu Season 4
There is no official release date for My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU Season 4 because it was never confirmed, canceled, or announced, hence there is no countdown. Furthermore, given how the last season was dubbed “final,” I believe OreGairu Season 4 will never see the light of day.
OreGairu season 4 release date would be a matter of time if there was enough content left over for another season. Because the light novels have been finished and the anime has adapted all of the available material, a new season is only possible if the author decides to continue the story.

Final Thoughts
Many anime fans would be ecstatic if a fourth season of OreGairu was announced, but the most likely scenario is that we will just get the final third OVA. This is one of those series where it’s easy to guess that there won’t be a new season. The author may decide to write a sequel series as a result of its success.
