Black Bullet Season 2 has yet to be officially announced, therefore there is no set release date for the second season of this anime. However, the question remains whether there will be a second season of Black Bullet and when it will be published.
Here’s everything we know so far about whether or not a new season of Black Bullet will be released, as well as when it will be published.
Burakku Buretto is the Japanese name for the anime series Black Bullet, which is based on a popular light novel of the same name that was initially published in 2011. Shiden Kanzaki wrote and Saki Ukai illustrated the Black Bullet light novel series.
Black Bullet is a brilliant post-apocalyptic anime series with action aspects that is appreciated by fans all over the world. It follows the pair of Enju Aihara, an Initiator, and Satomi Rentaro, a Promoter, as they embark on missions to combat the growing menace of Gastrea in their homeland of Tokyo.
Black Bullet, an anime television series directed by Masayuki Kojima and created by Studios Kinema Citrus and Orange, has only had one season so far. There has been no indication on whether or not the filmmaker will return for the second installment of Black Bullet.
In April of 2014, the first 13 episodes of the Black Bullet television anime series aired in Japan. Since then, the series has acquired a huge fan base that is still waiting for the premiere of Black Bullet Season 2 Episode 1 or a sequel.
Will there be a second season of Black Bullet?
Season 2 of Black Bullet will never happen. Unfortunately, the anime adaptation of Black Bullet was a commercial failure. As a result, the anime’s second season was never planned. The most serious problem is that the author has dropped out of the series. No new volume of Black Bullet has been released in the previous seven years.
The anime Black Bullet was a financial failure. The average number of Blu-Ray sales is around 2,400, which is a low level for 2014, and there are only 80 pieces of products and only nine figures made for this series. In addition, the light novel used to sell roughly 30,000 copies every volume, which isn’t terrible, but not great.
The fundamental issue, as previously stated, is that the Black Bullet light book was abandoned. It’s been on a long hiatus, to put it nicely, but given the most recent volume was released in 2014 and the author hasn’t said anything, I’d consider it abandoned. As a result, there’s a 0% probability that Black Bullet Season 2 will materialize.
Release Date for Season 2 of Black Bullet
Because a second season was never confirmed, canceled, or announced, there is no official release date for Black Bullet Season 2, and a release date will never be published because a second season will never be announced.
A new season and release date for this anime sequel will never be announced, I can assure you. There are simply too many obstacles in the way of this series receiving more anime productions. In the past six years, neither Twitter nor the official website had been updated.
If there is any news or a release date for a new Black Bullet anime project on the Black Bullet official Twitter account, we will update this site. If you’ve given up hope for a new Black Bullet season, you can start reading volume 5 of the light novel because the anime only covered volumes 1 through 4.
Where Can You See Black Bullet Online?
Crunchyroll and Amazon Prime Video both have the Black Bullet anime series available to watch. It is not currently accessible on Netflix, HiDive, or Hulu.
Trailer for Black Bullet

Final Thoughts
Many anime lovers would rejoice if a second season of Black Bullet was announced, but this will never happen. Because there will never be a second season of Black Bullet, I recommend reading the light novels if you want to continue the plot. Let us hope that the author will finish the story at some point in the future.
